Shipping & Delivery

  • Order is shipped within 36 hours after the payment is completed(weekend & national holidays excluded). Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed you.
  • Average delivery term of Free Shipping(Regular) is 10~21 business days from the day of shipment.
  • Typical delivery time of EMS(Express) is 3~5 business days from the day of shipment, yet EMS(Express) is not available now.
  • All the parcels are shipped via registered air mail. Hence you must sign upon delivery.
  • All the customers are supposed to contact customer support representatives if they do not receive their packages even after one month from the day of order.
  • Delivery may take longer than expected depending on your local customs, severe weather or holiday seasons rush.
  • All the tracking information of a parcel in transit within South Korea is provided by Korea Post.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order before it ships without additional charge. If you want to cancel the order after shipment, handling & shipping costs and return fee($3.85) will be charged for the cancellation. Refund

  • Full refund or reship – if order is not shipped because of some technical problems or is lost/stolen in delivery or if you receive defective merchandise.
  • Partial refund for that order less handling & shipping costs and return fee($3.85) when the parcel is returned to the company because of incorrect shipping address provided placing the order or addressee absence. The partial refund will be offered only when we receive the parcel back. So please double check your address placing an order.
  • If you receive a defective merchandise, you need to immediately contact us with its proof.
  • All the customers need to keep in mind that in case of lost or stolen parcel, the investigation might take two months to get a final result from Korea Post.
